Description of Underlying Asset
For the purposes of this Forward Contract, the Underlying Asset shall mean an asset having unique characteristics, viz., title to one Parking slot which will be enlisted as a property (hereinafter – “Property”) after the building provisionally numbered preliminary (design) technical characteristics of which are given in this clause (hereinafter - " Parking slot "), being part of the Project of rresidential district with public premises on Vatutina Street, Vishnevoe city, Kyiv-Sviatoshynskyi district, Kyiv region. Terms of Delivery
The delivery date of the Underlying Asset is deemed to be the date when the Car lot ownership rights are transferred to the Buyer in accordance with the Car lot Deed. Acceptance shall be accomplished by execution of a delivery and acceptance certificate.
Terms of Payment
To purchase the Underlying Asset, the Buyer shall conclude an Car lot. Terms and methods of payment shall be set forth in the Car lot Deed.
