The underlying asset under this Contract is the property rights to one dwelling, which will become the object of real estate after the completion of the construction of a dwelling house under construction № A.503 as part of the project "New construction of a boarding house at the address: Odessa city, Kyiv district, Dachna street, 28, with demolition of existing buildings and structures on the site"

The delivery date of the Underlying Asset is deemed to be the date when the Apartment ownership rights are transferred to the Buyer in accordance with the Apartment Deed. Acceptance shall be accomplished by execution of a delivery and acceptance certificate.

To purchase the Underlying Asset, the Buyer shall conclude an Apartment. Terms and methods of payment shall be set forth in the Apartment Deed.
