Payment for the payment of the Price of the Agreement shall be made by the Buyer on the day of concluding this Agreement by the Parties, but not later than five banking days from the moment of such conclusion in the amount and under the conditions specified in clause 3.1. of this Agreement, which is 100% of the total amount of the Agreement.
