The underlying asset under this Forward Contract is an item defined by individual characteristics, namely: property rights to one dwelling, which will become real estate after the completion of construction of a residential building under construction № 1 as part of the project "New construction of a multi-storey residential building with built-in non-residential premises and underground parking; Odessa region, Odessa, Tulʹsʹka street, 110-112

The delivery date of the Underlying Asset is deemed to be the date when the Apartment ownership rights are transferred to the Buyer in accordance with the Apartment Deed. Acceptance shall be accomplished by execution of a delivery and acceptance certificate.

To purchase the Underlying Asset, the Buyer shall conclude an Apartment. Terms and methods of payment shall be set forth in the Apartment Deed.
