property rights to one residential building, which will become a real estate object after the completion of construction of a residential building under construction №4 as part of the project "Construction of a residential complex with built-in outbuildings on the territory of the 5th microdistrict of the IV residential district on Kyivska Street at the construction address: Ukraine, Kyiv region, Brovary, Kyivska street

The delivery date of the Underlying Asset is deemed to be the date when the Apartment ownership rights are transferred to the Buyer in accordance with the Apartment Deed. Acceptance shall be accomplished by execution of a delivery and acceptance certificate.

To purchase the Underlying Asset, the Buyer shall conclude an Apartment. Terms and methods of payment shall be set forth in the Apartment Deed.
