The Seller undertakes to transfer to the Purchaser the Derivative within 3 (three) working days from the day of signing of this Agreement by means of executing Transfer and Acceptance Certificate that is an inseperable part of this Agreement.

Payment of the contract price must be executed by the Purchaser on the day of the conclusion of the Agreement by the Parties.
