The Seller undertakes to transfer the Derivative to the Buyer on the day the Buyer pays the Contract Price in accordance with the terms of clause 4.3. of this Agreement by concluding an Act of acceptance and transfer of the derivative and in case of receipt of a letter of guarantee from JSC "KREDOBANK" (identification code 09807862) on approval for the Buyer of the amount of 222771,12 (two hundred twenty-two thousand seven hundred seventy-one hryvnia and 12 kopecks) hryvnias for payment under this Agreement.

Payment for payment of the Contract Price specified in clause 3.1. of this Agreement shall be made by the Buyer as follows: own funds in the amount of 151678,38 (one hundred fifty-one thousand six hundred seventy-eight hryvnias and 38 kopecks) hryvnias on the day of concluding this Agreement, and the amount of 222771,12 (two hundred twenty-two thousand seven hundred seventy-one hryvnia and 12 kopecks) hryvnias shall be paid by the Buyer at the expense of credit funds received in the SHAREHOLDER KREDOBANK COMPANY (identification code 09807862), within one banking day on the day of concluding this Agreement by the Parties
