The underlying asset of this Contract is title to one non-residential premise (hereinafter – “Property”), which will be enlisted as property after the commissioning of the project “The construction of a third phase of a complex of a multi-unit residental building (sections 10-12) with built-in public facilities on Lvivska Street, 92 in Bryukhovychi Urban Village of Lviv Region» and registration of the required title documentation (hereinafter – “Development project”) .

The delivery date of the Underlying Asset is deemed to be the date when the Non-residential premise (office) ownership rights are transferred to the Buyer in accordance with the Non-residential premise (office) Deed. Acceptance shall be accomplished by execution of a delivery and acceptance certificate.

To purchase the Underlying Asset, the Buyer shall conclude an Non-residential premise (office). Terms and methods of payment shall be set forth in the Non-residential premise (office) Deed.
