The Seller undertakes to transfer the Derivative to the Buyer within 3 (three) business days of the effective date hereof

The Parties agree that the Agreement Price can be paid in installments as specified in the Installment Plan (Schedule 1 hereto), which is deemed to constitute an essential part of this Agreement.
