The underlying asset of this Contract is title to one residential premise (hereinafter – “Property”), which will be enlisted as property after the commissioning of the project “Development of multi-unit residential buildings (phases 1-2, with public facilities and a transformer substation, which involves the demolition of the existing buildings and structures, located on 22 Shyroka Street, Bryukhovychi, Lviv region (Phase 1) and registration of the required title documentation (hereinafter – “Development project”

The delivery date of the Underlying Asset is deemed to be the date when the Apartment ownership rights are transferred to the Buyer in accordance with the Apartment Deed. Acceptance shall be accomplished by execution of a delivery and acceptance certificate.

To purchase the Underlying Asset, the Buyer shall conclude an Apartment. Terms and methods of payment shall be set forth in the Apartment Deed.
