The underlying asset under this Forward Contract is an item defined by individual characteristics, namely: property rights to one dwelling, which will become real estate after the construction of a residential building as part of the project "Construction of an apartment building with underground parking, due to demolition and a residential building located on a leased plot of land owned by NADEZHDA LLC and landscaping of the adjacent territory at 20-B Pedagogichna Street, Odessa

The delivery date of the Underlying Asset is deemed to be the date when the Apartment ownership rights are transferred to the Buyer in accordance with the Apartment Deed. Acceptance shall be accomplished by execution of a delivery and acceptance certificate.

To purchase the Underlying Asset, the Buyer shall conclude an Apartment. Terms and methods of payment shall be set forth in the Apartment Deed.
