The underlying asset under this Forward Contract is a thing defined by individual characteristics, namely: property rights to one non-residential premises, which will become real estate after the construction of a residential building in the project "Apartment-type hotel at: Odessa, Kamanina Street, 20, which is located on the land cadastral number 5110137500: 52: 013: 0148 "

The delivery date of the Underlying Asset is deemed to be the date when the Non-residential premise ownership rights are transferred to the Buyer in accordance with the Non-residential premise Deed. Acceptance shall be accomplished by execution of a delivery and acceptance certificate.

To purchase the Underlying Asset, the Buyer shall conclude an Non-residential premise. Terms and methods of payment shall be set forth in the Non-residential premise Deed.
