For the purposes of this Put Option Contract, the Underlying Asset shall mean an asset having unique characteristics, viz., title to residential units (apartments): №7-10, 7 floor, project total area of 40,7 sqm, №7-11, 7 floor, project total area of 40,9 sqm, №7-12, 7 floor, project total area of 41,6 sqm, №7-13, 7 floor, project total area of 41,3 sqm, which will be enlisted as properties (hereinafter – “Properties”) after the building being part of the Multi-apartment residential complex on the Slobozhansky Avenue 83а, Dnipro, section 2 (hereinafter – “Project”) is completed
