- For the purposes of this Forward Contract, the Underlying Asset shall mean an asset having unique characteristics, viz., title to one residential unit (Арartment), which will become a real estate object after the completion of the construction of a residential building under construction № 29 (hereinafter - "Real Estate") on Lomonosov Street, Irpin, Kyiv region.

- Terms of Delivery

- To purchase the Underlying Asset, the Buyer shall conclude an Apartment. Terms and methods of payment shall be set forth in the Apartment Deed.
