- For the purposes of this Contract, the Underlying Asset shall mean property rights to one residential unit, which will be enlisted as a property after the commissioning of the building provisionally numbered 2.5.11 (hereinafter – “Apartment:”), being part of the Housing complex with public facilities and parking located at:

- Terms of Delivery
- The delivery date of the Underlying Asset is deemed to be the date when the Apartment ownership rights are transferred to the Buyer in accordance with the Apartment Deed. Acceptance shall be accomplished by execution of a delivery and acceptance certificate.
- Terms of Payment
- To purchase the Underlying Asset, the Buyer shall conclude an Apartment. Terms and methods of payment shall be set forth in the Apartment Deed.
