The underlying asset of this Contract is title to one (non-)residential premises (hereinafter – “Property”), which will be enlisted as property after the commissioning of the project “Development of multi-unit residential buildings (phases 1-2, with public facilities and a transformer substation, which involves the demolition of the existing buildings and structures, located on 22 Shyroka Street, Bryukhovychi, Lviv region (Phase 1) and registration of the required title documentation (hereinafter – “Development project” .

The delivery date of the Underlying Asset is deemed to be the date when the Non-residential premise (office) ownership rights are transferred to the Buyer in accordance with the Non-residential premise (office) Deed. Acceptance shall be accomplished by execution of a delivery and acceptance certificate.

To purchase the Underlying Asset, the Buyer shall conclude an Non-residential premise (office). Terms and methods of payment shall be set forth in the Non-residential premise (office) Deed.
