The underlying asset under this Forward Contract is a thing defined by individual characteristics, namely: property rights to one dwelling, which will become real estate after the completion of construction of a residential building under construction № A.101 as part of the project "New construction of a boarding house at: Odessa city, Dachnaya street, 28, with demolition of the existing buildings and constructions on a site "

The delivery date of the Underlying Asset is deemed to be the date when the Non-residential premise (apartment) ownership rights are transferred to the Buyer in accordance with the Non-residential premise (apartment) Deed. Acceptance shall be accomplished by execution of a delivery and acceptance certificate.

To purchase the Underlying Asset, the Buyer shall conclude an Non-residential premise (apartment). Terms and methods of payment shall be set forth in the Non-residential premise (apartment) Deed.
