For the purposes of this Option Contract, the Underlying Asset shall mean an asset having unique characteristics, viz., title to residential units (apartments): №341, 23 floor, project total area of 57,87 sqm, №342, 23 floor, project total area of 60,47 sqm, №343, 23 floor, project total area of 72,17 sqm, №344, 23 floor, project total area of 56,81 sqm, №345, 23 floor, project total area of 77,44 sqm, which will be enlisted as properties (hereinafter – “Properties”) after the building being part of the Residential and administrative complex with built-in and attached public and commercial premises with social facilities and parking lots at 30 Yevhenia Konovaltsia Street in the Pechersk district of Kyiv (hereinafter – “Project”) is completed
