For the purposes of this Option Contract, the Underlying Asset shall mean an asset having unique characteristics, viz., title to residential units (apartments): №177, 7 floor, project total area of 70,80 sqm, №193, 9 floor, project total area of 72,38 sqm, №242, 13 floor, project total area of 47,68 sqm, №243, 13 floor, project total area of 71,03 sqm, which will be enlisted as properties (hereinafter – “Properties”) after the building being part of the Residential and administrative complex with built-in and attached public and commercial premises with social facilities and parking lots at 30 Yevhenia Konovaltsia Street in the Pechersk district of Kyiv (hereinafter – “Project”) is completed
