The underlying asset under this Contract is property rights to one dwelling, which will become real estate after the construction of a dwelling house as part of the project "New construction of dwelling houses with built-in outbuildings, kindergarten and underground parking at the address: Odessa, Radisna Street, 29 on the land plot cadastral number 5123755800: 00: 003: 0034, with an area of 1.4806 hectares.

The delivery date of the Underlying Asset is deemed to be the date when the Non-residential premise ownership rights are transferred to the Buyer in accordance with the Non-residential premise Deed. Acceptance shall be accomplished by execution of a delivery and acceptance certificate.

To purchase the Underlying Asset, the Buyer shall conclude an Non-residential premise. Terms and methods of payment shall be set forth in the Non-residential premise Deed.
