3.3. Payment to pay the contract price must be made by the Buyer on the day of the conclusion of the Parties to this Agreement, but not later than five banking days from the date of such conclusion in the amount and on the terms specified in clause 3.1. of this Agreement, which is 100% of the total amount of the Agreement.
