The underlying asset under this Contract is property rights to one dwelling, which will become real estate after the completion of construction of a residential building under construction № 211 as part of the project "" New construction of a multi-storey residential building with built-in non-residential premises and underground parking; Odessa region, Odessa,, street Tulʹsʹka, 110-112.

The delivery date of the Underlying Asset is deemed to be the date when the Apartment ownership rights are transferred to the Buyer in accordance with the Apartment Deed. Acceptance shall be accomplished by execution of a delivery and acceptance certificate.

To purchase the Underlying Asset, the Buyer shall conclude an Apartment. Terms and methods of payment shall be set forth in the Apartment Deed.
