The underlying asset under this Forward Contract is a thing defined by individual characteristics, namely: property rights to one dwelling, which will become real estate after the construction of a residential building as part of the project "Construction of multifunctional housing and public complex with built-in premises -household and objects of cultural and entertainment center at the address: Odessa city, Primorskaya street, 47, building 4 (ІІI -VIII turn of construction)

The delivery date of the Underlying Asset is deemed to be the date when the Apartment ownership rights are transferred to the Buyer in accordance with the Apartment Deed. Acceptance shall be accomplished by execution of a delivery and acceptance certificate.

To purchase the Underlying Asset, the Buyer shall conclude an Apartment. Terms and methods of payment shall be set forth in the Apartment Deed.
